Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Transceivers, Networking Cables and Memory. OCTECH® backs all parts sold with a Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty. In the unlikely event that a part is determined to be defective OCTECH® Direct will replace the part at no charge.

This Warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, abuse, accident, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This Limited Warranty does not apply to any product on which the original identification (label) has been removed or altered.
